Q: How can I be sure that the design suits my needs? A: Your first contact will be with
Rebecca Chapman (Project Manager).
She will help you to incorporate your specific requirements into a design that will ensure you get the most from the additional living space. We go to great lengths to produce designs which are sympathetic to the 'feel' of the existing building.

Q: Will I be able to negotiate a fixed price at the outset? A: YES - We understand how important it is to budget for a major project. Once the design has been agreed,
Rebecca will be able to provide a firm quotation and an agreed payment policy, staged throughout the period of the project.

Q: How can I be sure that the project will be completed on time? A: Rebecca will be responsible for overseeing the project.
She will ensure that progress runs to the agreed timetable. You can be confident that
she will not leave the job partially completed. Once we are 'on site', we will stay until the project is completed. At Gallery we take every care to minimize the disruption to your daily life. We are 'guests' in your home and we will treat it with respect.

This provides the correct insulation and ventilation.
